As an Assistant Project Manager with Marlin Construction

Your experience in the following areas will drive your success in this role.

• Reading Civil Drawings and Geotechnical reports
• Bid leveling
• Contract Management
• Concepts of Utility Installations and Earthwork
• Time Management

We have outlined the skill-set necessary for a candidate's success in this role below.

• Minimum of 1 years of work in Site Work
• Use of B2W
• Use of takeoff software
• Knowledge of dewatering, underground utilities, mass earthwork
• Able to Execute Tasks
• Projects to $15mm

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
