Assistant Project Manager / Estimator

Experienced Project Manager for Commercial and TI Projects. Must be able to supervise employee's and subcontractors. Be able to schedule and coordinate multiple subcontractors/trades at once on-site. Provide on-site technical assistance - interpret drawings, recommend means and methods. Draft and generate all Daily Paperwork, RFI's, Change Orders and assist Project Manager. Assume responsibility for productivity and contractual performance of the project. Provide accountability and updates on the project schedule. Review and confirm all submittals.

Must be organized, disciplined and professional. Have excellent people skills, and be able to communicate effectively. Be aware of budget, control costs, and provide time management on the project. Have a valid driver's license and a vehicle to get to work daily.
