Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Project Manager - Social Media Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will support project management activities while spearheading our social media presence. Your energy, creativity, and organizational skills will help elevate our brand through engaging content, strategic campaigns, and effective relationship management across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities:
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Filing and maintaining project files and permit documentation
• Assisting with filing building permits and compliance paperwork
• Updating company website content
• Posting and managing social media updates
• Running business-related errands as needed
• Providing administrative support to project managers
• Visiting active jobsites to drop off/pick up paperwork and support field operations

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to multitask in a busy demolition environment
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Valid driver’s license required
• OSHA 10 certification preferred
• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and Facebook Advertising strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year
