As our Assistant Property Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the Property Manager, ensuring the community operates smoothly, residents feel at home, and leasing goals are achieved.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive leasing success: market the property, respond to inquiries, and convert calls to tours and signed leases.
  • Support move-ins and move-outs with professionalism and care, ensuring every step meets company standards.
  • Partner with maintenance: schedule, monitor, and follow up on service requests to keep residents happy.
  • Build lasting resident relationships by being proactive, addressing concerns quickly, and hosting appreciation events.
  • Help maximize community performance by reducing delinquencies and assisting with collections.
  • Monitor the property’s appearance and upkeep, resolving hazards quickly and maintaining curb appeal.
  • Be a culture champion—promoting teamwork, professionalism, and a positive company image.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proactive, detail-oriented go-getter with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills—you’ll be the first point of contact for many residents.
  • Knowledge of leasing, sales, and closing techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and property management software.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work overtime or assist other communities.
  • Physical ability to navigate stairs, lift up to 20 lbs, and handle day-to-day property needs.
  • A professional who upholds company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and ethical standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
