About Us:
We’re a small but growing property management company that handles rental properties and real estate investments. We pride ourselves on providing responsive service to our tenants and detailed reporting for our property owners. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Property Manager Assistant to join our team and help manage the day-to-day operations of our properties.

Responsibilities:

Assist with leasing activities, including advertising vacancies, scheduling showings, meeting tenants for property tours, screening tenants, and preparing lease agreements
Handle tenant communications regarding maintenance requests, lease questions, and rent payments
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with accounting tasks such as rent collection, expense tracking, and owner payouts
Prepare monthly reports and other documents for owner review
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and renovations
Support the Property Manager with general administrative duties and ensure compliance with company policies and local housing regulations

Qualifications:

Prior experience in property management, leasing, or real estate preferred (but not required)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic accounting/bookkeeping proficiency and/or experience with property management software a plus, but not required. Training can be provided.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties as needed
Attention to detail, dependability, and ability to manage multiple tasks
