Assistant Property Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of our properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management and possess a strong understanding of real estate administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi to maintain accurate records
- Handle lease agreements, renewals, and terminations in accordance with company policies
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors
- Maintain positive tenant relationships through effective communication and conflict resolution
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards are met

Experience:

- Proven experience in property management or a similar role

- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to maintain organized files and documentation related to property management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
