Upchurch Organization is a fast-growing real estate company with nearly 10 years of operations in Northeast Florida. We manage a portfolio of high-end short-term rentals and commercial properties, and we do it in-house to an exceptionally high standard.

We need someone sharp, dependable, and obsessed with quality to join our small team. Some days you are home managing communications. Others you are at properties all day. No two days are the same.

You are

• Obsessed with quality. A crooked picture frame or a streak on the mirror bothers you. You don't walk past it.
• Handy and resourceful. You can patch a wall, swap a fixture, troubleshoot an appliance, or figure out what is wrong and fix it. You do not need to be a licensed contractor but you need to be the kind of person who genuinely enjoys solving problems with your hands. If you have never done it but are eager to learn and will teach yourself, we want to hear from you.
• Humble and hungry. You own your mistakes, fix them, and move on without drama.
• Thick-skinned. Airbnb guests can be demanding and unreasonable. You stay calm and professional every time.
• Available on weekends on a rotating basis. Weekends are part of this job. We rotate them across the team and do our best to offer flexibility during the week to compensate, but hours will vary based on property needs.

Requirements

• Your own vehicle and valid driver's license
• Strong written communication skills for guest messaging
• Prior property management, hospitality, or hands-on maintenance experience is a plus, not a requirement

Compensation & benefits

• $48,000 to $52,000 salary depending on experience
