Assistant Property Manager

Currently looking for a part-time LIHTC property manager in Clarksville, TN. This position is responsible for assisting in the management of a LIHTC property. We are looking for someone to come on board and quickly learn the job, process applications both effectively and expeditiously, and be flexible to the demands of a fast paced job. This position includes but is not limited to leasing activities, unit inspections, light office cleaning, and extensive record keeping (both in hard copy and electronic versions). We are looking for an organized individual with experience in customer service and general office skills. Housing experience a plus! This position will be part-time. Previous work experience with property management not required. Ability to be respectful and diplomatic with all socioeconomic groups. Must be able to handle all information confidentially and professionally. Employees must have a high degree of integrity, be skillful in listening to and communicating with others, be motivated by a desire to render service to others, and be capable of exercising individual initiative.

Hours are are flexible. 16 hours per week.
