Position Overview
The Assistant Property Manager plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of a diverse residential portfolio. This position is located in Marina Bay, Quincy and focuses on resident relations, lease administration, legal cases, rent collection, and coordination with both internal departments and external agencies. You’ll be the front line of communication with residents and contribute directly to tenant satisfaction and retention.
This is a highly collaborative role that requires organization, attention to detail, strong communication, and an ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
