Assistant Property Manager-Live On-Site

The essential functions include, but are not limited to:

-Live On-site

-Tour apartments with clients.
-Lease and pre-lease apartments.
-Present, explain, and complete lease/renewal paperwork.
-Tour apartments and reports all necessary improvements.
-Participate in social media marketing to obtain traffic and assist with brand management.
-Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
-Follows company policy in regard to documentation and record keeping procedures.
-Must possess excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
-Must always be courteous and helpful to residents, prospective residents and co-workers.
-Communicates effectively and on a regular basis with the property manager and all staff members
-Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-Working knowledge of Yardi or other property management software is a plus
-Must know and comprehend Fair Housing Laws.

Drug Test is required.

This position is 40hours per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
