Assistant Property Manager - Multifamily

NuVu Property Management is a locally owned and well-established company serving CDA, Post Falls, Hayden and the surrounding areas. We are seeking a qualified and professional individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager at our Hayden location.

Position Overview
This role encompasses a wide range of administrative and customer service responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Greeting visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answering phones and responding to general inquiries
  • Responding promptly to resident questions and concerns
  • Identifying and reporting property-related issues
  • Review Applications
  • Maintaining and updating interest lists
  • Monitoring voicemail and returning calls in a timely manner
  • Filing and maintaining organized records
  • Scheduling key pickups and resident appointments
  • Preparing and distributing mailings
  • Following up on renters insurance compliance
  • Conducting and compiling market surveys
  • Accepting rent payments and accurately posting them in the system
  • Posting notices as required
  • Conducting Annual Inspection
  • Assisting with Move-out inspections
  • Providing general support to the Property Manager as needed

  • Honest, reliable, and enthusiastic team member
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a related field preferred

Minimum Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Comfortable using computers, software systems, and mobile devices
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Adherence to company policies, procedures, and protocols at all times
  • Strong communication skills with a courteous and professional demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license, current insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Timely responsiveness to phone calls, texts, and emails
  • Successful completion of a background check

Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • Monday through Friday
  • Office hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Medical, Vision, and dental insurance between 60-90 days
  • Paid holidays after 90 days
  • Paid time off after one year

Work Location

  • Hayden, ID 83835 (in-person position)
  • Must be able to reliably commute to the work location

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
