Assistant Property Manager- San Antonio, TX

Oak Leaf Management is looking for an Assistant Property Manager for our San Antonio, Texas location. Must be experienced in the position.

The Assistant Manager we are looking for should possess the following qualities:

• Strong Collector
• Self-Starter
• Financially Accountable
• Traffic Generator
• Good Closing Percentage
• Have Marketing know how!

Responsibilities consist of but not limited to:

• Answer and make phone calls to prospects and tenants
• Coordinate marketing efforts to attract motivated prospects
• Assist in scheduling and showing of all properties
• Assist with on-site marketing efforts
• Assist with Rent collections and payments
• Assist in putting together Leases for new tenant’s and renewals
• Help in coordinate move ins & move outs
• Assist Property Manager with day to day duties
• Assist with all resident events and activities
