We are seeking a dynamic, self-starter to join our growing team in St Augustine! Must have experience in property management.
Summary of position:
Works closely with Property Manager, Board of Directors and all team members to ensure the smooth operation of a Condominium Association in The Shores.
Responsibilities:
Assist with day to day operations of management office
Answer telephones and provide excellent customer service
Assist in obtaining and organizing cost estimates or other items as needed
Update CINC software accurately and on a timely basis. CINC knowledge is a plus.
Assist with various administrative tasks as requested (parking passes, pool fobs, creating work orders, etc.)
Ensure efficiency and productivity of office while organizing tasks based on priority.
Assist manager by fielding calls, responding to emails, organizing files and maintaining accurate records of all transactions
Qualifications:
2+ year experience in administrative support or association management
Excellent communication, problem solving, organizational skills and professional image.
Strong experience with MS Office, Excel and Outlook necessary. CINC experience a plus.
