Job Summary
You are detail-oriented, organized and independant with strong communication and interpersonal skills .
- Experience in the hotel or vacation rental industry(Airbnb, VRBO) is a plus
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic accounting/bookkeeping skills
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to details.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest/tenant inquiries (mainly via email, with occasional phone calls)
- Coordinate cleaning schedules with housekeepers (primarily via text)
- Work with contractors and property management companies as needed
- (These core coordination and communication tasks make up about 70% of your time)
- Handle bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate records (~20%)
- File monthly online reports with government agencies and support general office operations (~10%)
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
