Assistant Property Manager(Airbnb management experience a plus), bookkeeper

Job Summary

You are detail-oriented, organized and independant with strong communication and interpersonal skills .

  • Experience in the hotel or vacation rental industry(Airbnb, VRBO) is a plus
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic accounting/bookkeeping skills

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to details.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guest/tenant inquiries (mainly via email, with occasional phone calls)
  • Coordinate cleaning schedules with housekeepers (primarily via text)
  • Work with contractors and property management companies as needed
  • (These core coordination and communication tasks make up about 70% of your time)
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate records (~20%)
  • File monthly online reports with government agencies and support general office operations (~10%)

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Jose, CA 95123
