Assistant Prosecuting Attorney

The Wood County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is seeking to hire an Assistant Prosecutor. The job assignment is flexible and can be for either circuit or magistrate court. Prior trial experience is preferred but not required. The applicant must be able to communicate effectively as well as analyze various legal documents and scenarios.

The applicant must be in good standing with the WV State Bar. Salary will be dependent upon experience and will include a full benefits package.
