Job description

  • Sourcing and Evaluation:

Identifying, evaluating, and qualifying vendors for electrical components, control panels, relevant items.

  • Technical Expertise:

Possessing strong technical knowledge of electrical components and systems used in pharmaceutical engineering.

  • Negotiation:

Negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve cost savings and maintain quality.

  • Procurement Process Management:

Managing the entire procurement process, including creating purchase orders, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Quality Assurance:

Ensuring that all purchased materials as pharmaceutical engineering meet the required quality standards and specifications with

  • Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of all procurement activities, including quotations, purchase orders, and supplier information.

  • Compliance:

Ensuring as per pharmaceutical engineering compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations.

  • Collaboration:

Working closely with engineering, production, planning, and other departments to understand their material requirements.

  • Market Research:

Conducting market research to stay informed about new technologies, products, and pricing trends.

Required Skills:

  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of electrical components, control systems, and relevant industry standards.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers to achieve favorable terms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve procurement-related issues.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.(pharmaceutical engineering )
  • Min 2-3 yrs proven experience in procurement, preferably within the electrical or pharmaceutical engineering industry.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to procurement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,323.84 - ₹30,522.26 per month
