Job Title: Assistant Purchase Manager (HVAC)

Location: Noida
Department: Purchasing

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Purchase Manager with 2 to 6 years of experience in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will support procurement activities, supplier management, and inventory control to ensure efficient purchasing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing HVAC materials and equipment.
  • Evaluate suppliers and negotiate terms to secure the best prices.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and assist in reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess purchasing needs.
  • Support supplier relationship management and performance evaluation.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in HVAC.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Negotiation skills

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
