Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Creating and processing purchase orders, which includes specifying item quantities, delivery schedules, and other terms.
  • Sourcing new suppliers, building and maintaining good relationships with vendors, and assisting in vendor negotiations.
  • Tracking shipments, monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages, and assisting with inventory checks.
  • Maintaining records of invoices, discounts, and purchase history, and conducting market research.
  • Ensuring that purchased goods meet the company's quality standards.
  • To effectively deal with vendors and internal departments.
  • To analyze costs and manage the supply chain.
  • To ensure accuracy in orders and records.
  • To manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • To understand the flow of goods from procurement to delivery.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing purchasing systems and inventory control.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and procurement best practices.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be complete bachelor's degree.
