Job Title: Assistant Quality Engineer

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Assistant Quality Engineer to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of electronic products through inspection, testing, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

· Perform inspection and testing of electronic products as per Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP).

· Identify, record, and report defects and non-conformities.

· Support quality improvement and defect reduction activities.

· Generate inspection, testing, and daily quality reports.

· Ensure compliance with quality SIPs and standards.

· Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.

· Support audits and other quality-related activities as assigned.

· Manage manpower down the line.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics testing/inspection.

· Hands-on experience with electronic components, circuits, and testing instruments.

· Knowledge of SIP and quality processes.

· Minimum CGPA: 3.0 or above.

· Ability to identify defects and support quality improvements.

· Willingness to work on the shop floor and follow factory discipline.

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
