The Assistant Quality Systems Manager shall support the Head of Quality & Business Standards on managing the coordination of the Arena s Business Management Framework (BMF) and its Integrated Management System (IMS), including the compilation, record-keeping and analysis of BMF/IMS to drive continual improvement activities.

The BMF/IMS facilitates to achieve sustainable business performance by assisting in the implementation of an effective management system and driving continuous process improvement. This role is on a freelancer agreement, and it requires the candidate to have their own visa / sponsorship.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor s degree in a business qualification or equivalent systems experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 year s experience in similar role.
  • Minimum 2 years certified on latest ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
  • Minimum 4 years auditing experience using the latest ISO 9001 standards (use of additional internationally recognized auditing standards is a plus).
  • Nebosh IGC certification or higher.
  • Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in events or hotel industry.
  • Experience in managing team and its initiatives.
  • Fluent in English.
