Assistant Regional Landscape Field Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Field Manager to join our commercial landscaping team. The coverage area ranges approximately from Newnan to Covington. This role is ideal for someone with experience in landscape maintenance who is ready to take the next step in their career. The Assistant Field Manager will support the Field Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality service delivery, and managing field crews efficiently.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Assist in the supervision and coordination of field crews performing landscape maintenance, enhancements, and installations
• Monitor job progress and ensure work meets company quality standards and client expectations
• Perform site inspections to verify safety, cleanliness, and quality of work
• Meeting with subs and vendors to ensure they are meeting company standards
• Irrigation inspections/adjustments (e.g., spring startup and shut down)
• Implementing minor landscape functions (spraying, litter control, ant treatment, etc.)
• Track open tasks and ensure timely follow up on outstanding issues/concerns

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial landscaping or related field (required)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
