Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Regional Manager – Sales to oversee sales operations across India’s coastal regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial or marine sales and the ability to lead teams, develop markets, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand sales operations across multiple coastal states.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop regional dealer networks.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking for strategic decisions.
• Lead and mentor regional sales representatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in marine, automotive, or industrial equipment sectors.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory; Tamil preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel extensively across coastal regions.
• Male candidates only.
