Job Purpose
Support the Relationship Manager in managing and expanding the portfolio of financial institutional clients, ensuring seamless client service, adherence to compliance standards, and effective execution of business initiatives to contribute to the organization’s goals in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with financial institution clients, addressing their banking needs proactively.

Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all KYC and due diligence requirements are met accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver customized financial solutions, including credit, trade, and treasury products.

Monitor and track client transactions to ensure high service standards and promptly resolve operational issues.

Provide comprehensive MIS reports, market insights, and competitor analysis to the Relationship Manager for strategic decision-making.

Facilitate the timely renewal and review of client accounts, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory policies.

Support the preparation of documentation for credit approvals, facility letters, and other legal requirements.

Manage client queries, coordinate service delivery, and escalate complex requests when necessary to deliver exceptional customer experience.

Track outstanding dues, follow up with clients for documentation and payments, and support risk management initiatives.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes, financial products, and industry trends relevant to banking with financial institutions.
Key Skills, required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. Professional certifications (such as CA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in banking/financial institutions, preferably in relationship management or client servicing roles.

Solid understanding of banking products and services tailored for financial institutions, such as trade finance, treasury, and structured finance solutions.

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to assess client needs and offer viable solutions.

Proficiency in MS Office, banking platforms, and report generation.

Demonstrated knowledge of KYC, due diligence, and regulatory compliance frameworks in banking.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and meet deadlines under pressure.
