Job Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced Assistant Resident Engineer (Road Works) to join an infrastructure consultancy project in Doha. The ideal candidate must have strong roadworks and infrastructure supervision experience, with proven consultancy background in Qatar projects.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (mandatory)
• UPDA Grade Certificate (mandatory)
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in infrastructure / road works projects
• Consultancy experience is mandatory
• Ashghal project experience preferred
• Must be currently based in Qatar only
• Freelance visa holders preferred
• Immediate availability to join

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor road construction activities on-site
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and QA/QC standards
• Coordinate with contractor, consultant, and client representatives
• Review method statements, drawings, and site progress
• Support Resident Engineer in daily site operations and reporting

Additional Conditions

• Hiring strictly from within Qatar
• Immediate joining candidates will be prioritized
• Freelance / transferable visa candidates preferred

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
