Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, support staff hiring and training, and maintain high food and beverage quality standards. Additional responsibilities include working closely with the restaurant team to meet sales goals, implement best practices, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure an exemplary dining experience for all guests.
  • Proficiency in Hiring and staff management to build and lead a motivated team.
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with guests, staff, and management.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Food & Beverage industry, including adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Leadership and organizational ability to address challenges, solve problems, and support daily operations efficiently.
  • Experience in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
