Assistant Restaurant Manager

Love fast-paced environments, great food, and Southern hospitality? Puckett’s at BNA is looking for a hands-on  Assistant Manager  to help lead the team, support daily operations, and create an amazing guest experience for travelers from all over the world.

What You'll Do

• Help lead daily restaurant operations and support the team on the floor
• Deliver warm, authentic Southern hospitality to every guest
• Coach, motivate, and support team members
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are met
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and busy travel periods
• Support opening/closing procedures and daily operations

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of restaurant leadership experience (high-volume preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, early mornings)
• Must pass airport background check and obtain badge
