Assistant Restaurant Manager (Bilingual Arabic & English)

Requirements:

• Arabic speaker with fluency in English is a must.
• Age up to 40 years.
• Willingness to relocate to any assigned branch within Saudi Arabia.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
• Strong background in casual or fine dining concepts ( e.g. Steak house, Applebee’s , P.F. Chang's, Texas Roadhouse , etc. )
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and restaurant software

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Manage P&L and control food and operational costs
• Lead, train, and motivate staff
• Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to drive revenue

Pay: From ﷼7,000.00 per month
