Responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Sushi Restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, maximizing revenue, and leading the restaurant team. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a genuine passion for Japanese cuisine and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
- Ensure smooth service flow and exceptional guest experience
- Supervise and train service staff to maintain high standards
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service consistency
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Assist in achieving revenue, sales, and profitability targets
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for efficient operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a 4★ or 5★ hotel or upscale restaurant environment preferred
- Experience in Japanese / sushi restaurant operations is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and hospitality
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
