About the Role:

The Assistant Retail Executive role focuses on identifying and securing prime commercial spaces across Gurgaon for Orange Health’s sample collection centres. It involves conducting site evaluations, negotiating leases, and building relationships with property owners and brokers. The position blends real estate sourcing with strategic healthcare expansion, requiring strong local market knowledge and negotiation skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure commercial spaces in Gurgaon for setting up Orange Health sample collection centres.

• Conduct detailed site evaluations based on visibility, foot traffic, accessibility, and proximity to target demographics.

• Build strong relationships with property owners, real estate brokers, and

• Developers.

• Understand Orange Health’s space and operational requirements to ensure suitability.

• Negotiate lease terms and coordinate with landlords and internal stakeholders for deal finalization.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential sites and track.

Skills we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree.

• 1–5 years of experience in business development, real estate sourcing, or healthcare location expansion.

• Strong understanding of Gurgaon’s commercial real estate market, especially retail and healthcare zones.

• The network of local property brokers or real estate consultants is a strong advantage.

• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Experience in leasing or retail expansion is a plus.
