Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
  • Support in managing existing client accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Identify and approach potential new clients to generate leads and secure new business.
  • Conduct initial client meetings to understand requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, sales reports, and client databases.
  • Follow up on enquiries, quotations, project updates, and payment collections.
  • Coordinate with operations, production, and accounts teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Participate in exhibitions, events, and market visits to enhance lead generation.
  • Assist in preparing sales strategies and support the Sales Manager during client visits and site inspections.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and timely communication with clients.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or assistant sales roles.
  • Driving License is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify potential clients and support in business development.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in advertising, signage, kiosks, fabrication, or related industries is an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work under pressure.
