Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
- Support in managing existing client accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identify and approach potential new clients to generate leads and secure new business.
- Conduct initial client meetings to understand requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain and update CRM records, sales reports, and client databases.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, project updates, and payment collections.
- Coordinate with operations, production, and accounts teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Participate in exhibitions, events, and market visits to enhance lead generation.
- Assist in preparing sales strategies and support the Sales Manager during client visits and site inspections.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and timely communication with clients.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or assistant sales roles.
- Driving License is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify potential clients and support in business development.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in advertising, signage, kiosks, fabrication, or related industries is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work under pressure.
