Job Summary

The Assistant Sales Executive supports the sales team in achieving targets by assisting with customer coordination, order processing, and market follow-ups. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely order execution, and supporting daily sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries and processing orders.
• Coordinate with clients to confirm orders, delivery schedules, and payments.
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and sales data.
• Support sales executives in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports, quotations, and invoices as required.
• Follow up with customers for order confirmations and outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely deliveries.
• Assist in identifying new customers and market opportunities.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company sales policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales support or FMCG trading (preferred).
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP or sales management systems.
• Knowledge of local FMCG market.
• Multilingual skills (Arabic speaking is a must along with English required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• FMCG Trading: 3 years (Required)
