Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Assist the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets across assigned market segments.
  • Client Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities for upselling are explored.
  • Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities through research, networking, and client outreach. Conduct sales calls and presentations to generate business.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client requirements. Follow up on offers and close sales efficiently.
  • Market Monitoring: Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to support strategic sales planning.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports on performance, client interactions, and potential business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Revenue, Marketing, and Events teams to align offers, pricing, and service delivery.
  • Client Engagement: Organize and conduct site inspections, property tours, and client meetings to promote the property s offerings.
  • CRM Management: Ensure all client data is accurately recorded in the CRM system and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
