Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and driven Marketing Executive to join the team at Shathayu Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. This role involves creating and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, promote products, and engage with customers effectively. The candidate should be familiar with traditional marketing methods, customer relationship management, and able to work in a field environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Promote Shathayu Ayurveda products and services through traditional marketing channels.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with sales and business development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company objectives.
• Engage with Doctor's, Clinic & customers in person at events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Develop promotional content, brochures, and offline marketing materials.
• Work on field marketing activities such as product demonstrations and customer outreach.
• Monitor, track, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors and partners for marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in Ayurveda or healthcare.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
• Must own a bike for fieldwork (travel within the local area).
• Male candidates preferred for the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge or experience in the wellness and Ayurveda industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of traditional marketing methods (excluding digital marketing).
