Work Mode: On-site
Shift: Morning Shift – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary Bracket: PKR 50,000 – 60,000

Job Description (JD)

The Assistant Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in supervising the sales team and achieving targets. The role includes mentoring Sales Executives and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily sales activity of Executives.
• Support Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and reporting standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Sales Executives.
• Coordinate with Marketing for lead generation support.

Job Specification (JS)

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably with supervisory exposure.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to monitor, guide, and support team members.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales analytics.

Work Requirements:

• On-site, morning shift 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
