  • Drive sales aggressively, ensuring personal and team targets are met.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and track performance.
  • Identify high-potential customers and ensure personalized engagement for high-value transactions.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance their selling skills.
  • Conduct daily sales briefings and performance reviews.
  • Handle underperformance by providing feedback and corrective measures.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain a database of high-net-worth customers and drive repeat business.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, offers, and strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Suggest and execute in-store promotions, events, and limited-period offers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, with the best-selling products highlighted.
  • Support store management in operational functions when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
