We're Hiring: Assistant Sales Manager (Electronics & Home Appliances)

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have solid UAE market experience in the Electronics & Home Appliances industry and a passion for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Preferably female applicants
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in the Electronics & Home Appliances industry
• Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of the UAE retail, wholesale, and distribution market
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets
• Manage and expand relationships with retailers, dealers, and key accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent customer service
• Support product launches, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns
