Job Description:
As an Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) at SEEE Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and achieving revenue targets. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that maximize sales opportunities in the solar energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Assist in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Support and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Sales Process Optimization:
- Streamline sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Proposal Development and Negotiation:
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for potential clients.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales to achieve targets.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Analyze competitors’ offerings and positioning to differentiate SEEE Technologies in the market.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
- Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Hubspot).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel within Islamabad/Rawalpindi and occasionally outside the region for client meetings and industry events.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and their applications is highly desirable.
