Job Title: Assistant sales Manager- Banquet
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new corporate, travel, MICE, and leisure business opportunities.
- Conduct sales calls, property visits, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain an active pipeline of leads and convert them into confirmed business.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop account plans and ensure consistent engagement with key accounts.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, negotiate rates, and prepare proposals and contracts.
3. Sales Planning & Reporting
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
4. Coordination & Collaboration
- Work with operations, reservations, banquet, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Coordinate site inspections, familiarization trips (FAM), and promotional events.
- Support marketing initiatives and participate in trade shows and exhibitions.
5. Revenue & Rate Management
- Recommend pricing strategies and promotional offers based on market demand.
- Ensure proper implementation of contracted rates and packages.
- Monitor business mix to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Skills & Qualifications Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in the hospitality industry (hotel experience is a plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
