Assistant Sales Manager - Car Care

Are you a seasoned sales leader in the B2B automotive industry with a passion for car care? RAMY, a pioneer in the UAE's automotive scene since 1992, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing Car Care department.

What you'll do:

• Lead and mentor a sales team to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
• Excellent working experience with brands like SONAX and CTEK.
• Drive the promotion & sale of our premium car care products to major workshops, dealerships, & service centers.
• Analyze market trends and sales data to identify new opportunities and refine our strategy.
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
• Negotiate strategic contracts that benefit both our clients and our business.
• Ensure we remain a market leader by staying on top of industry trends and competitor activities.

What we're looking for:

• 6-8 years of B2B sales experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE is required.
• Strong background in outbound B2B sales to workshops, dealerships, and service centers.
• A seasoned key account manager with an established portfolio in the automotive sector.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• A proactive mindset with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
