Assistant Sales Manager – Corporate Accounts

Job Summary

The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients. This role requires a proactive and results-driven professional who can generate new business, manage existing accounts, and consistently achieve sales targets while representing the ECOS lifestyle brand.

Key Responsibilities·

• Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate accounts.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales activities.
• Manage and grow existing accounts by ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• You will maintain and develop key accounts for the property not limited to DIP, Production City, Jebel Ali areas.

Experience & Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales within the hospitality industry (UAE experience preferred).·

• Strong background in handling corporate accounts.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
• Knowledge of the Dubai corporate market will be a strong advantage.
