Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager based in Gujranwala. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. The role includes planning and executing sales strategies, identifying business opportunities, providing guidance and mentorship to team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present effectively and interact with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficiency in planning and executing sales strategies
- Experience in the insurance sector is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
- Commitment to achieving results, along with a customer-focused mindset
