The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining corporate accounts, maximizing room revenue, and achieving sales targets through strategic sales activities. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with corporate clients and driving business in line with hotel revenue goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and manage local and international corporate accounts
- Achieve assigned room night, revenue, and market segment targets
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and business presentations
- Negotiate corporate rates, contracts, and RFPs in line with hotel strategy
Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and travel partners
- Ensure accurate account profiles and contracts are maintained
- Handle client feedback and resolve issues professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Revenue & Strategy
- Work closely with Revenue Management to optimize corporate rates and production
- Prepare sales forecasts, action plans, and monthly sales reports
- Participate in budget preparation and sales strategy planning
- Support hotel promotional campaigns and seasonal offers
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, and Operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of contracted business
- Attend sales meetings and briefing sessions
- Ensure correct handling of negotiated rates and billing arrangements
Brand & Representation
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and corporate functions
- Maintain professional brand image aligned with hotel standards

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
