Assistant Sales Manager - Islamabad

Roshan Packages Limited is hiring Area Sales Managers (ASM) to drive sales of corrugated boxes to the fruit export industry. If you have experience in B2B sales, packaging, or dealing with exporters, this is your chance to grow with one of Pakistan’s leading packaging companies.

Job Description

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Selling corrugated packaging solutions to fruit exporters and related industries.
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing sales strategies.
• Building and managing strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Negotiating and closing sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinating with production, supply chain, and finance teams for order execution.
• Providing regular market updates and sales reports to management.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Exp: 5–7 years in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, corrugated boxes, or export-related industries.
• Strong network within the fruit export market (mangoes, kinnow, etc. like exporters).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
