• Assist Supervisor in overseeing daily operations, including scheduling appointments, managing staff schedules, and ensuring adequate coverage.
• Assist with salon inventory management, including ordering supplies, monitoring product stock levels, and conducting regular inventory counts.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the client and the salon.
