Scheduler Position in office Kenmore WA (not a remote position)

Helping Scheduling in the mornings and afternoon.

· Call clients to schedule appointments.

· Request information from the client to complete the work order.

· Answering in-bound phone calls.

· Create a cohesive schedule for our installers.

Rest of the day helping Tech department

. Helping clean machines and programming with Tech department

Skills:

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Ability to multitask with attention to detail.

· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Google Maps, Excel. Job is like a puzzle

· Self-starter who is comfortable making independent decision and problem solving.

· Must be able to keep on task in a fast-past environment with little supervision.

· Time management is a must.

. Must know this area to be able to map out routes for drivers.

This is a Monday through Friday position working in office at the Kenmore office from 8:00 am – 5:00pm (no weekends). We offer healthcare, vision, dental, sick leave and vacation time. Salary depends on experience. We do have a dog in the office. We are a smoke and drug free work place. Full background check is required due to our state contracts.
