Oversee daily security operations across the hotel, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests, residents, and employees.
Lead, train, and motivate the security team while maintaining exceptional service and professional conduct at all times.
Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential safety gaps and implement proactive solutions.
Manage incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up documentation in accordance with company and legal requirements.
Coordinate emergency response procedures, safety drills, and crisis readiness in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure full compliance with local regulations, brand standards, and security protocols, including CCTV and access control systems.
Collaborate with other departments to support VIP movements, special events, and operational needs requiring security oversight.
What you bring
Proven experience in a hotel security leadership role within a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of Dubai safety laws, emergency procedures, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams confidently.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive situations.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and respond to urgent operational needs as required.
Proficiency in Arabic language.
