Job Description:
We are looking for a SIRA Certified Assistant Security Manager to support the Security Manager in managing daily security operations and supervising security staff. The ideal candidate should be professional, well-organized, and experienced in UAE security operations and SIRA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Security Manager in daily security operations
• Supervise security supervisors and guards across assigned sites
• Ensure full compliance with SIRA standards and company policies
• Prepare duty rosters, deployment plans, and reports
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline
• Handle incidents, emergencies, and client concerns professionally
• Conduct site inspections and security audits
• Support training and onboarding of security staff
• Coordinate with operations, control room, and clients

Requirements:

• Valid SIRA Assistant Security Manager / Manager Certificate (mandatory)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security operations
• Strong knowledge of SIRA rules, UAE security laws, and procedures
• Good communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites
