The Role of the Assistant Server – In-Room Dining (IRD)

As an Assistant Server in In-Room Dining, you play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibility is to support the IRD team in ensuring orders are prepared, delivered, and presented efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

You will assist in setting up trays and trolleys, delivering food and beverages promptly, and ensuring all guest requests are handled with care and professionalism. Attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential to creating a seamless dining experience within the comfort of our guests’ rooms.

A good understanding of our menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods will help you confidently respond to guest inquiries and support the team in providing personalized recommendations. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and commitment to service excellence will contribute to memorable guest experiences and reinforce our reputation for quality.

By consistently demonstrating courtesy, efficiency, and product knowledge, you will help exceed guest expectations and contribute to the overall success of the Food & Beverage team.

The hotel offers three exceptional restaurant venues with a combined seating capacity of 250 guests.

Our event facilities include a Ballroom and multiple Meeting Rooms, offering 7,213 square meters (77,640 square feet) of versatile space, ideal for a wide range of events and functions.

Spa & Wellness

Our world-class spa features 8 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 exclusive treatment room for female guests, along with high-end wellness facilities and a fully equipped fitness centre.

The Spa department consists of a dedicated team of 25 colleagues committed to delivering exceptional service and personalized experiences to our guests.

Knowledge and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Minimum 1 year of food service or related experience preferred

• Ability to carry and balance trays safely and efficiently

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
