Assistant Service Advisor

Responsibilites:

Pricing out repair orders by looking up the parts for each job needed.

  • Ordering/purchasing parts in a timely fashion to enhance quick turnaround times for repairs
  • Create relationships with vendors to aid in negotiation abilities
  • Maintaining a small amount of stock parts
  • Verify all ordered parts are received upon arrival
  • Dispatching received parts to awaiting technicians
  • File invoices received with parts
  • Administer warrantied parts, returned parts and credits

Our Business is known for providing 100% customer service, meaning customer service skills are required for this position as well. Those duties include:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Checking customers and their vehicles in and out
  • Completing other work as needed by the Service Manager or Shop Manager
  • Growth with the Company
